1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ZX777 Entertainment Ltd ("ZX777", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at zx777.run.

ZX777 reserves the right to carry out identity and eligibility verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false information to circumvent these checks is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold only one ZX777 account. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method – is strictly prohibited. If ZX777 identifies multiple accounts associated with a single individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.
3.2 Account Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ZX777 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process or subsequent verification. You must keep this information updated. ZX777 is not responsible for any delays or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZX777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ZX777 will treat any activity performed using your login credentials as activity authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact ZX777 support immediately and change your password.
3.4 KYC Verification
ZX777 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time. This typically includes a valid CNIC photograph and proof of payment method ownership. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Methods
ZX777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. 4.2 Deposit Terms

ZX777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that belong to and are registered in the name of the ZX777 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Terms

By placing a bet, you accept those rules. ZX777 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a bet was accepted after an event has concluded, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or integrity breach.
5.2 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to ZX777's acceptance at our discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation reference from the ZX777 system. Bets not confirmed due to system error, connectivity loss, or insufficient balance are not valid. ZX777 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to factors outside the platform's control.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market. ZX777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts or specific markets at any time, including where there is evidence of arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of pricing errors, or other behaviour inconsistent with normal recreational betting.
5.4 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets at ZX777 operate in real time and odds change frequently. ZX777 suspends markets at its discretion during key match moments. If a bet is submitted during a suspension and accepted before the odds change, it will stand at the price accepted. If refused, you will be notified. Accepted in-play bets are final and cannot be reversed by the player.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional offers provided by ZX777 are subject to specific terms that accompany each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions at ZX777:
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for each bonus. Bonuses not cleared within this period are forfeit.

- Cashback bonuses are credited with no wagering requirement unless the specific offer states otherwise.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZX777 platform. Breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits or making false payment claims is a serious breach and will result in account closure and recovery of funds.
- Money Laundering: Using ZX777 to disguise, transfer, or process funds from illegal sources is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
- Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets with knowledge of or involvement in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sporting corruption is prohibited.

11. Account Closure and Termination
11.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your ZX777 account at any time by contacting support at support@zx777.run. Any real-money balance remaining at account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification and provided no suspicious activity investigation is ongoing.
11.2 Closure by ZX777
ZX777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete required verification; unusual betting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct; or receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
Where an account is closed due to a player breach, any bonus balance and winnings generated through the breach are forfeited. Real-money deposits may also be withheld pending investigation where ZX777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.
12. Changes to These Terms
ZX777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZX777 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at zx777.run/terms-conditions and includes the effective date at the top of the page.
Your continued use of the ZX777 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.1.
